Structured care to return to function

How well your joints and body move through patterns without compensation, restriction, or imbalance.
When movement quality breaks down, performance drops and stress shifts where it shouldn’t.

Your body’s ability to handle increasing physical demand without breaking down.
This is what allows you to train harder, progress safely, and stay consistent over time.

Your body’s ability to return to baseline after training, competition, or daily stress.
If recovery is limited, fatigue accumulates and small issues become persistent, chronic problems. There's a better way.

Your body’s ability to handle training volume, intensity, and repetition without breakdown.
When load tolerance is exceeded, overuse injuries and chronic irritation begin to show up.

A full-body assessment of movement, joint function, and history to identify where performance is breaking down.

We pinpoint restrictions, compensation patterns, and recovery gaps that hold you back.

Our care focuses on restoring movement, boosting recovery, and increasing your ability to perform.

As your body improves, care evolves with your training so you continue progressing without setbacks.
Every visit is built around how your body moves, performs, and recovers. You won’t be rushed through a generic adjustment.
We assess, treat, and adapt care based on how you train and what your body is handling.
No. Utah is a direct access state, and chiropractors are primary care providers, which means you can schedule with a chiropractor without a referral from your medical doctor. You can call or book online and come in directly. If your care requires coordination with another provider we'll facilitate that from our end.
We accept most major insurance plans, and chiropractic care is generally HSA and FSA eligible. Our team can verify your coverage before your first visit and explain exactly what to expect. Our healthcare strategist Caleb will verify your coverage and walk you through exactly what to expect. His job is to make sure you're getting the best rate available for your specific plan. If you have questions before booking, call us and he'll take care of it.
Yes. We provide care for pediatric, pregnancy, and postpartum patients using gentle techniques adapted to the patient’s age, stage of development, and needs. If you have specific questions about care for your child or during pregnancy, we're happy to talk through what that looks like before your first visit. Our technique is so gentle, most babies sleep through their adjustment, and most pregnant mamas say this is the most comfortable thing they do during pregnancy.
Comfortable, athletic clothing is ideal — something you can move in freely. We'll be assessing how you move and may work on areas beyond just your back, so fitted workout clothes or athletic shorts and a t-shirt work well. Avoid heavy denim or restrictive clothing if you can. If you forget, don't let it stop you from coming in. You typically do not need to remove shoes for general adjusting.
Ofrecemos atención en español. Nuestro equipo puede atenderle en su idioma desde su primera llamada, el papeleo necesario, hasta su última visita. No es necesario traer un intérprete — estamos aquí para ayudarle.
Yes. We work with patients recovering from auto accident injuries, including whiplash, soft tissue damage, and spinal trauma. We also provide the documentation often needed for attorneys, claims, and qualifying lien cases. For a full overview of our personal injury process, visit our dedicated personal injury page or call us directly — we'll walk you through how it works without any additional stress!
Performance-based chiropractic focuses on movement quality, recovery capacity, joint function, and nervous system performance — not just short-term symptom relief. Our goal is to help you move better, train consistently, and avoid setbacks.
