Meet Your Team at Form

A team focused on helping you move better, recover faster, and stay in the game.

Dr. Bridger Cutler, DC, MS

Chiropractic Physician | Functional Movement Expert

Dr. Cutler earned his Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic and Master's in Strength and Human Performance from Parker University in Dallas. Caring for high-level athletes since 2020 has given him a clinical range most practitioners twice his age don't have — and a reputation for tackling the cases other chiropractors avoid, particularly shoulders and knees.

Before chiropractic, Bridger competed as a Utah state champion wrestler and spent nine years as a certified personal trainer. He now helps to coach wrestling at Pleasant Grove High School — which means he understands what it actually takes to perform, not just recover. His adjusting technique was shaped in part by Dr. Mark Charrette, one of the foremost authorities on extremity adjusting, and it shows in how thoroughly he works through the full kinetic chain.

Dr. Cutler sees athletes, active adults, and families across Utah Valley. Outside the clinic you'll find him lifting, riding his motorcycle up the canyon, country dancing, or hiking with his dog Alta. Dr. Cutler is fluent in Spanish.

I believe in empowering people through movement, education, and personalized care. My goal is not just to tell you what to do — but to show you how to do it.

Dr. Kaleb Valdez, DC

Chiropractic Physician | Maternity and Pediatric Care

Dr. Kaleb Valdez has a special interest in neurologically-based chiropractic, pregnancy, and pediatric health. A graduate of Parker University in 2018, he brings deep expertise in birth chiropractic, brain-based healing, and patient-centered care that integrates clinical precision with compassionate advocacy.

Dr. Valdez speaks several languages, and has served diverse populations across Arizona, Texas, Utah, and Alaska. He led a multidisciplinary clinic during the pandemic, overseeing a team of chiropractors, nurses, and a medical provider. He is the best-selling author of Starving Babies, recognized internationally for his work with Prader-Willi Syndrome, and he teaches chiropractic adjusting internationally.

Dr. Valdez is currently practicing in Alaska. He remains involved with Form Fitness and Chiropractic — the practice he built alongside his friend and colleague, Dr. Cutler — and his patients continue to receive exceptional care during his sabbatical.

Outside the clinic, you'll find Dr. Valdez hiking in the Kenai Peninsula or teaching cAI-assisted creative writing.

My passion is helping people heal from the inside out. True wellness is about reclaiming your energy, your clarity, and your confidence to live fully.

Caleb Cutler

Business Manager | Healthcare Strategist

Caleb Cutler is the Business Development Director at Form Fitness and Chiropractic. With a degree in healthcare administration and extensive experience in patient case management, his job is simple: make sure your care is easy to access and your benefits are working for you.

Caleb specializes in personal injury case coordination, insurance verification, and attorney relations — meaning you don't have to navigate the complicated parts alone. He'll verify your coverage before your first visit, explain what to expect financially, and advocate on your behalf throughout your care. He's worked alongside the Form providers across multiple clinics and has become the connective tissue between clinical excellence and patient experience.

Outside the office you'll find Caleb at a concert, camping with his family, or swing dancing.

My role is to make healing accessible and affordable. From the first visit to the final outcome, I'm here to guide, support, and make sure patients feel seen, heard, and on track..

Alta

Chief Morale Officer | Resident Good Girl

Alta is the unofficial mascot of Form Fitness and Chiropractic—and she takes her job very seriously. Whether she’s greeting patients, lounging in the sunshine, or serving emotional support duties during treatments, Alta brings warmth, calm, and joy to everyone she meets.

She may not hold a degree, but she's earned an honorary doctorate in patient satisfaction — and her approval rating has never dipped below 100%.

Who will I see at my visit?

All chiropractic care is provided by Dr. Bridger Cutler, who performs every evaluation and adjustment.

What is Dr. Cutler’s approach?

Dr. Cutler focuses on performance-based, full-body care—addressing how your entire body moves and functions, not just where symptoms show up.

What kind of patients do you work with?

We primarily work with athletes, lifters, runners, and active individuals, along with families who want to stay active long term.

What makes your clinic different?

We don’t treat the body in isolated parts. Care is built around movement quality, recovery capacity, and long-term performance—not just short-term relief.

Will additional providers be added in the future?

As the clinic grows, additional providers may be introduced—but all care will continue to follow the same performance-based philosophy.

Image

MOVEMENT QUALITY

How well your joints and body move through patterns without compensation, restriction, or imbalance.

When movement quality breaks down, performance drops and stress shifts where it shouldn’t.

Image

ADAPTIVE RESERVE

Your body’s ability to handle increasing physical demand without breaking down.

This is what allows you to train harder, progress safely, and stay consistent over time.

Image

RECOVERY CAPACITY

Your body’s ability to return to baseline after training, competition, or daily stress.

If recovery is limited, fatigue accumulates and small issues become persistent, chronic problems. There's a better way.

Image

LOAD TOLERANCE

Your body’s ability to handle training volume, intensity, and repetition without breakdown.

When load tolerance is exceeded, overuse injuries and chronic irritation begin to show up.
