Whether you're training through a nagging injury, trying to add years to a competitive career, or just want to move well for the long term — we built this practice around people who take their body seriously. Built for athletes, lifters, and active individuals who want to keep training—not sit out with recurring issues.

Your body doesn’t work in segments—and neither do we.
We assess and treat the full kinetic chain, not just the spine. That includes feet, knees, hips, shoulders, and more—because restrictions anywhere can affect how you move everywhere.
Instead of chasing symptoms, we identify where motion breaks down and restore how your body actually functions.
Your first visit starts with a detailed conversation about your history, training, and goals—so we understand not just what hurts, but why it’s happening.
From there, we run a focused assessment based on your case. This may include range of motion testing, strength or grip testing, orthopedic exams, and a hands-on chiropractic evaluation to identify where movement is restricted.
Once we identify the problem, we begin care the same day whenever appropriate—so you leave with a plan and a clear path forward.

Adjustments are precise, controlled, and tailored to your body. Many patients feel immediate relief or improved movement. Sometimes you’ll hear a “pop”—that’s just a release of pressure in the joint, not bones cracking. If it doesn’t happen, the adjustment is still effective. For patients who need a gentler approach, we use low-force techniques and instruments when appropriate. You can always discuss your preference or concerns with the chiropractor. Our approach is specific, full-body, and built around how you actually move—not just where you feel pain.
Chiropractic care restores proper joint motion and nervous system function. When a joint isn’t moving well, your body compensates—leading to pain, tightness, or reduced performance. By improving how joints move and how your body coordinates movement, we help you move better, recover faster, and reduce stress on the system.
Most patients feel relief, not pain. Adjustments are controlled, specific, and adapted to your comfort level. If you’re sore or sensitive, we modify the technique accordingly.
That sound is just a release of gas within the joint—similar to cracking your knuckles. It’s not bones shifting or “cracking.”
That’s completely normal. The goal is restoring motion—not creating noise. Many effective adjustments produce no sound at all. Some joints also do not contain a capsule that makes the "pop", so they move relatively silently. We always adjust you based on indicators, not the presence or absence of a pop.
In most cases, yes. We always take your surgical history into account and modify care appropriately. We will not adjust areas that have been surgically fused or where it isn’t appropriate. However, we often work on surrounding joints and tissues that may be compensating, to promote and support long-term recovery after surgery. Our approach is conservative, precise, and designed to support long-term function—not create unnecessary risk.
No. We assess and treat the full body, including feet, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, ribs, and jaw. Movement problems often come from outside the spine, so we address the entire system.
We primarily use precise, hands-on adjustments, but we also use low-force instruments when appropriate—especially for patients with lower bone density, children, or those who prefer a gentler approach.
That depends on your goals. Some patients come for short-term recovery, while others continue care to maintain performance and prevent setbacks. We’ll outline a clear plan after your first visit. While we do offer care plans at a discounted rate, you’re never locked into long-term treatment. Our focus is results—not high-pressure commitments.
While we don’t chase symptoms, we do address underlying movement and joint dysfunction. In many cases, improving how the jaw, neck, and surrounding structures move can reduce issues like TMJ discomfort, headaches, or related tension.
Yes. Chiropractic care is widely recognized as a safe, conservative approach when performed by a trained provider. We tailor every adjustment to the individual to ensure it’s appropriate for your condition.

Best results come from consistent care and how you move outside the clinic.
