A seasoned chiropractor, international lecturer, and best-selling author, Dr. Valdez has spent years transforming how families experience wellness—especially during pregnancy, birth, and early childhood. He’s one of the nation’s foremost authorities on chiropractic care for Prader-Willi Syndrome and has trained practitioners across the country in neurologically-based adjusting techniques. Before entering the world of chiropractic, Dr. Valdez managed regional programs for a global nonprofit, and is a member of the board at Reach Out Cambodia. He’s passionate about simplifying care, amplifying outcomes, and empowering patients to take control of their health—starting with the nervous system. What is included in my first visit with Form Fitness and Chiropractic?

Your first visit includes a comprehensive chiropractic consultation, full spinal examination, and digital posture analysis using our proprietary “Structural Fingerprint Exam.” We’ll assess how your body moves, identify the root cause of any issues, and review your health goals. You’ll receive a personalized Report of Findings, outlining your recommended care plan. In most cases, we’re also able to begin your first adjustment during this visit.

Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?

Absolutely. Our doctors have received advanced training in prenatal chiropractic care, and we offer special equipment to make the experience gentle, safe, and tailored for each stage of pregnancy. Chiropractic care during pregnancy helps reduce back and hip pain, symphysis pubis disorder (SPD), and improve pelvic alignment and motion. Studies suggest it may even support a smoother labor and delivery.
